Shipping Costs Shipping is free on orders $40 AUD and up. standard $4.99 AUD.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 2–5 days to update.

Wrong / Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
